At Greenworks Tools, we want you to be completely satisfied with your sustainable fashion purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we offer a 30-day window for easy returns and exchanges on all unworn items with original tags.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in the original eco-friendly packaging and include the printed return slip inside the box.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label, attach it to the exterior of your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned garments, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
